Dear Sidd, I am writing on behalf of Gabor Alapy regarding their stay at your apartment last month. They booked and paid for an apartment at Stratford Gerry Raffles for four people. When they arrived on April 22nd they did not get the reserved place instead they got an apartment at Granita. The bed was broken and the sofa could not be opened. Two people slept on the inflatable matrasses on the floor for five nights which is not acceptable. To make it worse, they did not have hot water. The window could not be opened make it impossible to let some fresh air in. The balcony door in the other room could not be closed, the noise from the trains made it difficult to sleep. The advertised amenities came up short also, missing coffee maker, parking was not free, missing lamp shades, torn phone cord, etc. My brother who lives in London tried to contact you over the phone many times and in person but nobody could be reached.
